The Fellow Aiden coffee maker's unique heating design brews coffee with precision down to one degree, and even seamlessly changes the temperature mid-brew without changing the rate of water flow.

One cup or a whole jug?

The Fellow Aiden espresso machine is equipped with interchangeable filter baskets - single (green) and for large overflow (blue). The interchangeable baskets required a different pouring method which was solved by using the first of its kind double shower head, which ensures even distribution of water in all volumes. Effortlessly brew from one to ten cups of coffee while maintaining the highest quality and taste.

Think of a brewing profile as a recipe for coffee. We've developed ready-made profiles for light, medium and dark roasted coffees and for cold brew, but you can also save your own recipe. Adjust as many parameters as you like to create your own brewing profile and share it with others. Once connected, Aiden will automatically download the latest brewing profiles for Fellow Drops coffees added weekly.
